We have created a special personalised session because sometimes it can be difficult to know what might be right for you. Maybe you are navigating menopause or perhaps you know something just feels a little off. Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply in need of some deep relaxation. Or perhaps you are curious and would like to learn a few simple techniques you can use at home, whilst also taking some time out for yourself. That is where this session is different. Rather than choosing a specific treatment, we can create a session around you. Some people simply want to relax and recharge. Others enjoy learning a little about breathwork, meditation or other wellbeing practices they can continue using at home. Using a combination of approaches including Breathwork, Reiki, Meditation, relaxation techniques and Access Bars, we can tailor a session that feels right for you on the day.
