Your Experience

Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

Guided through powerful breathing techniques in a safe, supportive environment. All materials provided.

Allow time to ground yourself. Drink plenty of water. You may feel energized or deeply relaxed.
